  • Support in identifying access and eligibility to clinical trials.

  • Scientists to review personal options as you navigate disease management and advance cancer care.

  • Comprehensive cancer genomic profiling if your insurance does not provide coverage. These tests are provided to our members at no additional cost to assist in understanding the unique molecular makeup of your cancer.

Who is eligible to enroll in our offerings?

If you are between the ages of 21 and 85, you are eligible to enroll. However, eligibility is restricted if you have received cancer treatment within the past 36 months. If this does not apply to you, you are automatically eligible to join.

How is my data protected?

Your data is safeguarded and described in our HIPAA-compliant privacy policy, with multiple layers of protection in place:

How do I get started?

To enroll, call 1-844-580-0096. Once you have enrolled, you will receive a welcome email that explains all the features of your membership. In your welcome email, you will have a link to get started and request a DNA test kit. We partner with Informed DNA, Inc., to provide your test kit, which will be delivered to you at home. Please note that taking the DNA test is optional. This exclusive program provides members with many valuable benefits, including the flexibility to choose whether to take the DNA test. So, you have the option to take the DNA test, while still receiving all of the valuable benefits of the membership program.

How do I use my test kit?

  1. Activate Your Test Kit: Enter the code from your test kit.

  2. Collect Your Saliva Sample: Follow the simple instructions to provide a clean DNA sample.

  3. Mail Your Sample: Use the prepaid box to send your sample to our lab.

  4. Receive Your Results: About 2-4 weeks after testing, you’ll receive your personalized test results. The results are easy to understand and may be reviewed with our licensed genetic counselors and shared with your healthcare provider.

What happens after I receive my test results?

  • If you are at higher risk, an appointment will be set to discuss your comprehensive genetic profile, including your cancer risk, with a certified genetic counselor.

  • If you are diagnosed with cancer, you will be referred to our Nurse Navigator for a review of advanced genomic profiling of your cancer cells. This is done to ensure the best treatment options are considered – including clinical trial applicability.

What accreditations do your partner labs have?

Genetic tests are conducted in CLIA-certified and CAP-accredited laboratories, ensuring high standards of accuracy and reliability.

What is the total retail value of the services provided by Longevity Life Advisors?

If you had knowledge of and access to all the services of the membership program, the total cost would be over $30,000. This assumes you would use all the features and benefits included. Some people will use less, and some will use more. Regardless of your usage, your monthly membership cost remains the same.

How long do I have to sign up?
